A Copper Chemical Earthing Electrode is a high-performance grounding rod designed to provide a low-resistance path for electrical fault currents and lightning.

Unlike traditional pipe earthing that requires regular salt and charcoal layering, these electrodes are "maintenance-free." They consist of a hollow copper or copper-bonded pipe filled with a crystalline conductive compound and are surrounded by a Backfill Compound (BFC) in the ground to maintain moisture and soil conductivity.
